Why use a clear sealer? A first coat of sealer used on a porous substrate a sealer will reduce the amount of expensive top coat that is absorbed into the surface – for example an MDF sealer.  A clear top coat can seal a paint finish and make it more durable. You can use the versatile Polyvine acrylic varnish range at the beginning of a paint system as well as at the end.

The products on this page each serve slightly different purposes. If you would like more information please ring our sales team. We also have a very large range of pigmented primer/sealers in our decorative primers section and adhesion primers and stain blocking primers in our problem solving primers section.
