Bailey Paints Delivery Terms & Conditions

At S. G Bailey Paints Ltd we endeavor to get our orders to you in a timely and safe manner. All orders paid for online with sage pay are sent direct to you. If you would like to collect in store please select this option in the basket. We deliver paint and all our other products to the UK mainland. If you are in another country please contact us for a delivery quote. Our delivery policy is below, but if you require a quotation or additional information before placing an order please contact us on 01453 882237 or email info@baileypaints.co.uk.

Who do we use?

We use Fedex for the majority of orders. For smaller orders we use Royal Mail so you can receive your goods for a much cheaper price.

If you process an order through the website and request delivery to a location outside of our specified delivery zones we will contact you and may have to charge additional courier costs based on your location. You will have the option to review or cancel your order at this stage.

Turnaround

We try to process all orders within 24 hours from reception of the order. They are then sent via a next day delivery service. As such our delivery time from order is 2-3 working days. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.

Royal Mail

Where?

  • Any UK Destination.
  • 1st class post – (not guaranteed next day delivery).

What

  • Total order weight is less than 1kg
  • Water based paint only – up to 2 x 250ml per parcel maximum
  • Sample pots, Brushes, Colour cards etc

When

  • Monday to Saturday Delivery.
  • Cannot give specific times.
  • Not tracked.

Returns

All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.

All goods should be inspected upon receipt. Damages or discrepancies must be noted and reported to  01453 882237 or info@baileypaints.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

It is your responsibility to arrange carriage if you would like to return an item. We will only accept returns if they arrive to us as we sent them i.e. unopened and undamaged. For online orders we will credit you the amount that was charged.

If you return damaged or defective goods within 14 days of delivery we will issue a full refund. If the goods are not defective you are responsible for the courier charges and safe method of returning the goods. Our address is here. If they are subsequently returned in a damaged condition, no refund will be made.

 

Local Delivery

We deliver roughly within a wide radius (~60 miles, subject to T&Cs) of our location of Stroud in Gloucestershire. This service is only for B2B delivery and there is a minimum order for free delivery. If you are an industrial customer please contact us for more information regarding our own van delivery to your premises Monday to Friday.

 

Exclusions

Empty tins and containers are excluded from free delivery. Following an order of these products we may be in touch regarding additional delivery charges to cover the boxes required. Please contact us at any time if you would like a customised quote for delivery charges for the quantity of tins or containers you require.
