At Bailey Paints we make our own range of water based emulsions so you can buy paint direct from us at factory prices. We make: contract emulsion, supplied in 10 L tubs, for painting new plaster and freshening up walls on a budget: Vinyl matt - robust paint with great covering power; Acrylic matt - dead flat finish and great breathablility; and wood primer and eggshell too. Currently only available in white and magnolia but watch this space.
