The cheapest floor covering you can buy per square meter, so please don't skimp on quality. Proper floor paint has a higher proportion of resin in it that other decorative finishes which makes it only a little more expensive but much harder-wearing.
Floor paint will be dry enough to walk around on with slippers or socks fairly soon but will take 3-5 days to cure and fully harden so be careful with it at the very beginning; lift furniture into position and do not put down a mat or rug for the first few days.
